Just a quick note before I start gushing over my nieces: My daughter has not been feeling well and there are concerns that she may be getting pneumonia again.  That alone has been consuming most of my time.  On top of that, my mom recently had unexpected surgery back home, so finding time to sit at the computer and concentrate has been difficult, to say the least.  If you are waiting to see your blog post/proofs please hang in there!  Thanks so much for everyone who is waiting patiently!

Okay, now I can gush: can she get any cuter? My little niece Alyana turned 3 while I was in Oregon, so of course I had to do a litte mini photo session with her on her birthday!  Because I live so far away, I hadn't seen Alyana and her big sister, Isabella in about a year and a half.  They have grown and changed so much.  They are such beautiful girls and so fun and energetic!  I was really happy to be able to follow them around with my camera for a few minutes while I was home.  Happy Birthday, Alyana!
