I’m alive!  I was so busy, working around the clock before Christmas that when I finally stopped, I really STOPPED.  It felt so good just to spend time with my family, play with new Christmas toys, eat yummy food, enjoy the snow, and to just simply be.  What a wonderful holiday we had as a family!

I have a lot of really exciting things going on with Soulshine Photography, as you’ll see in the near future.  One of the biggest changes you’ll notice is that I am working on a brand spanking new BLOG!!  It is long, long overdue.  My new blog design will allow for more flexibility for me, and bigger pictures for you!  I am so excited about it – it is going to be beautiful!

I am also working on a new price list that feature some restructured packages.  I think you will like it.  A lot.  That is all I am going to say for now, until I get the details worked out, so stay tuned!

I will also be announcing a new area of photography that I have not previously offered… this is big, and as far as I know not many (if any) photographers are offering this service in the Grand Forks area (it may surprise you!).    A full post and more details will emerge in the coming weeks!!

And last, but certainly not least a great big change headed my way is the addition of a new baby to our little family!  I posted about this a few months ago, but honestly I was so busy before the holidays that I hardly had time to realize that it was really happening!  I am on the brink of entering the third trimester, so I suppose reality is sort of setting in with me, that it is going to be here before I know it!!  I am due the first week in April, and plan on slowly scheduling sessions towards the end of May.

Whew!  That is a lot of news! 🙂

I still have a few blogs to catch up on from before the Holidays, and some fresh new ones from this week as well, so be sure to check back!

In the mean time, here are three of my favorite pictures of Della from Christmas:

Kissing Daddy goodnight on Christmas Eve…

Looking very hip in her new shades… oh the hair…

She actually sat still long enough for me to take one picture of her on Christmas Eve.
