Have you ever read the Pioneer Woman's website?  If not, you should.  I have been reading it for at least three years.   Much of my life has been spent perusing her blog…  Anyway, I will occasionally enter to win one of her infamous contests (a new mixer, a pair of cowboy boots, a pretty set of china…) by just leaving a comment on her blog.  I haven't won anything yet.

Yesterday I decided to do something I have never done before.  I submitted a few pictures to her "favorite portrait" photography assignment.  I picked out a few, uploaded them to Flickr and added them to her group (which as of today had 8,500 entries).  Today she picked 20 of her favorites and featured them on her blog.  You can imagine my surprise when I scrolled through them and saw the picture of my own sweet daughter!!  Hooray!!
