Just dropping in to let you all know that I am back from Las Vegas and work should return to normal, if there is such a thing. : )  We had a GREAT time visitng with family and eating turkey, turkey and more turkey.  It was nice to be in warm weather – we were in t-shirts the whole time! 

As a Christmas gift from my sister-in-law and her fiance (their engagment blog post will follow soon!) my husband and I got to go out for the evening without our daughter (gasp!!) and see the Blue Man Group at the Venetian.  It was so much fun!!  I was exhuasted just watching the show!  We also dropped a few quarters in the slots, and quickly lost $40.  I am not a gambler.  Well, I am… I love to play the game, but I HATE losing my hard earned money.  Who doesn't? 

Anyway, I thought I would post a few fun pictures from the trip.  Mandi and Boyd's engagement session will be up soon, so check back – we had lots of fun doing all kinds of crazy things!

A view of the strip – the construction happening is the new City Center – it will essentially be an entire city-within-a-city.  It is seriously impressive.

 

We went up to Red Rock Canyon just outside the city – oh how it made me miss my time in Arizona!
